Sometimes the hardest part of planning a date is deciding what to do.
These are some of my favourite spots (or on my bucket list) in Brisbane – places I personally love for staycations, long lunches, cocktails and cute little adventures together. Think of this page as our menu of “choose-your-own-date-night” ideas… you pick the vibe, I’ll bring the company.

My go-to for a fun, playful staycation. W Brisbane is bold, colourful and a little bit cheeky - perfect if you want cocktails by the pool, city views and a big comfy bed to disappear into afterwards. It’s right in the heart of the CBD, so we can wander to dinner or a show and then sneak back upstairs together
Perfect for: Dates over 4 hours, overnights or longer, celebrations, or just to spoil!

If you’re in the mood for luxe romance, Emporium at South Bank is all about glossy finishes, a dreamy rooftop pool and sexy river views. Think champagne in fluffy robes, room-service breakfast in bed and a slow, indulgent night where we don’t have to rush anywhere. It’s an easy stroll to the river, GOMA and all the South Bank restaurants.
Perfect for: Intimate type experiences, Overnights, Walking distance from less typical ‘city style’ vibes.

Fatcow is my “dress up and spoil me” steakhouse pick – perfect for a proper date night. Think premium steak, indulgent seafood (hello lobster) and dim, romantic lighting so we can flirt over cocktails and dessert. It’s ideal if you want a classic, grown-up dinner where everything feels a little bit extra.
Perfect for: Dinner Dates (extended preferably), Extended experiences (before our hotel randevu)

Bright, loud and a little bit chaotic in the best way - Ping Pong is my pick for a fun, colourful date with amazing modern Thai. Expect incredible flavour, playful cocktails and saturated in my favourite colour - pink!
Perfect for: Dinner Dates, Something a little more casual, extending an incall experience.

For a more traditional date night (and one of my favourite activities), we can get dressed up and head to QPAC for a musical, ballet, comedy show or concert, then wander along South Bank afterwards. It’s perfect if you love live performance and want a night that feels a bit special and cultural… with plenty to chat about over a drink or dessert afterwards.

If you want something relaxed and romantic, a cruise along the Brisbane River is such a pretty way to spend an afternoon or sunset together. We can sit back with a drink, watch the city glide past and enjoy the golden hour while we cruise under the Story Bridge and past South Bank. It’s a sweet option if you love views, fresh air and a slower pace. Click Here
