Deposits & Payments

When contacting you are agreeing to these terms.

A non-refundable booking payment (minimum $300) is required to secure all appointments.

The remaining balance is cash on arrival — cash is preferred.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please keep in mind:

   •    Bank transfers can take 24–48 hours to clear

   •    Please have three preferred dates/times in mind when booking, just in case a 24-hour hold causes a delay

   •    The full amount must clear before we meet

I’m not able to control bank processing times or holds, so I can’t be responsible for any delays on their end. If funds don’t clear in time, we may need to reschedule or the booking may be forfeited in line with the cancellation policy.

Please make sure payments are correctly referenced, as mis-sent or mis-referenced funds can’t be used to confirm a booking.

For longer dates, duos, touring, and Fly Me To You bookings, a higher advance consideration may be required.

All booking payments and full fees paid by bank transfer are non-refundable, unless in the rare circumstance that I need to cancel the booking, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Booking payments can be transferred once within 2 weeks, subject to availability and notice.

Cancellations

   •    48+ hours’ notice: booking payment may be moved once within 2 weeks

   •    Under 48 hours: booking payment is forfeited

   •    Same-day (under 24 hours) or no-show: the full fee applies, and future bookings may require full prepayment

Ads & Locations

My ads may appear in multiple cities, especially while I’m touring.

Please double-check the listed location and dates when booking. If a booking is made for the wrong city or dates, my standard cancellation policy still applies.
